D E E D THIS INDENTURE, made this l < J ~ day of fury % ., 1954, by UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a Utah corporation, Grantor, and LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a public corporation of the State of Nevada, Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it paid by the Grantee, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledgedL does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, and to its successors and assigns forever, that certain parcel of land in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, described as follows: The north 50 feet of the south 65 feet of the east 100 feet of the SE£ of the SW£ of Section 28, T. 20 S., R. 61 E., M. D. B. & M. The above described property is conveyed subject to 1. General and special taxes for the year 1954, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith. 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record. The above described land is conveyed to the Grantee for use as a site for a pumping station to be constructed thereon by the Grantee and used in connection with the water distribution sys­tem of the Grantee, its successors and assigns.
