Petrie City Engineer Lae Vega*, Nevada Petr Mr, Petries Referring to your letters April 21 and April 26 regarding the contemplated opening of roadway In the vicinity of the old Tonop&h High* ways tf© are not In a position to make a commitment that any property will he dedicated for Highway purposes, 3uoh commitment must be subject of Board approval and approval oannot be requested until the project Is ready to go for­ward, j|| However, when the City gets ready to open up Tonopah Drive the full distance between Bonanza Road and Charleston Boulevard, we are agreeable to recommending to our Executives the dedication of our portion of the 60 foot high­way, We are also agreeable to recommending the dedication of a 30 foot strip between our prop­erty and the Kaltenborn property at such time aa Mr, Kaltenborn is prepared to dedicate his por­tion.
