Dear Sir:- Complying with your request of the 19th inst., addressed to Mr. Halsted, copy to me, with reference to the sale of Lots 20,21,22,25,24 and 25, in Block 17, Clark's Las Yegas Townsite, to Mr. S. M.Iettles, I have prepared, and hand you herewith, original and duplicate of the agreement in favor of S.M.Iettles for the purchase of the above lots.
