THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 15th day of June ______ , 1946, by and between IAS VEGAS LAND AND HATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company*, Party of the First Part, and G. C. METZGER, whose address la 201 S. Bundy Drive, Los Angeles, California, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: r e c i t a l s WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in subdividing Block 2, Boulder Dam Homesltes Addition Tract No. 4 as per plat thereof on file and of record in Book 1 of Plats at Page 80 . Clark County Nevada Records, all in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County Nevada and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains a distance of approximately 1300 feet, more or less, in said Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extension in accordance with its Rule 9A on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada, approved January 16, 1940; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extension applied for is $3,400.00. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: ARTICLE I 1. A-9
