Bennett: I transmit herewith copy of a letter which I have written to Hugh Shamberger, together with copy of the application for a change of the point of diversion of Certificate No. 1631 to the shop well. Mr. Rathbun has been quite busy but expects to complete the required map which must be filed in the State Engineer’s office in the near future.
