Bennett Attached are thro® signatory copies and four extra copies of Revocable Permit fro® the State of BSeva&a, Department of Highways, authorising constraction of a water main extension in U.6. Highway Ho. 95 from a connection with existing water main located in vicinity of intersection of Bonanza Road with Highway 95 to the northerly-city limits of Las Vegas, Nevada. This permit is required by the Nevada State Highway Department since pipe line is to be constructed within the limits of the State Highway, The pipe line to be constructed under this permit will serve the Hears Subdivision ievada-1 , which is authorized by Las Vegas Land and Hater Company Work Order 755* X recommend acceptance on behalf of the Water Company. If you concur will you please execute t^hs bnree signatory copies and return the duplicate original and two copies to me for delivery to the Highway Department.
