Las Vegas, Nevada, at estimated cost of $2460 chargeable to Investment of which |300 is a Donation. Mr. and Mrs. Nick Pahor propose to subdivide and develop Pahor Tract, ¥est Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, and request installation of water mains to serve the tract. The Pahors have deposited $2710 to cover the cost of work plus 10$ for overhead and supervision of which amount $2380 is subject to refund pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9. The balance of $330 represents cost plus 10$ of constructing two fire hydrant connections which is not refundable but is capitalized as a Donation. of water main on execution of usual form of refund agreement by subdividdr.
