L.A.White - Omaha W—23—1—75 cc - Mr. R.L.Adamson, Los Angeles WO 675 authorized the construction of water lines to serve Blocks 1 and 2 of Mountain View Estates tract l,Las Vegas, pursuant to agreement CA 10589 dated May 24, 1951 with Nevada Mortgage & Loan Co. Description of work performed by and at the expense of the Loan Company is as folllwsi Constructed 2080 lin. feet 6 ** cast Iron water main and 489 lin. feet of 6 51 cast Iron fire hydrant connections. Detail of amounts to be capitalized is as follows: Subject Mot to Refund Refundable A Cost of construction 2080 lin. feet of 6 * oast Iron water main. Agreed sum of $ 8130 B Cost of constructing 489 lin. feet of 6 * cast Iron fire hydrant connections Donation I 1820 TOTAL $ 8130 % 1820 Work was commenced July 5, 1951 and completed November 3, 1951. Service Nos. 13100 to 13149 Inclusive have been assigned to this contract. Pursuant to provisions of the agreement the subdivider has executed easement for the lines located in other than public streets, also Bill of Sale conveying title to the water lines to the Water Company. These documents should reach you in due course. Attached to Mr.Adamson's copy is map showing location of water lines, etc., constructed for use in preparing "AG* points. W.H.Johnson
