These rates were based on 10?6 increase over the old rates in effect at the time of the hearing. The Commission is of the opinion that it was in error at that tine In that it did not take into consideration the stipulation entered into at the time of the hearing between the water company and the Hotel operator’s association in that any rate prescribed for motels for the first unit should not be in excess of that prescribed fen* a private residence, which in this case Is $1.65, plus 30$ for each tub or shower, plus 30$ for each toilet* We also believe that the 85$ rate for each unit without kitchen and $1.1*> for each unit with kitchen, and a rate of 2$ per lfeO sq. ft. for irrigation la in line with the above-referred to stipulation. You will also recall that in the order the Commission retained jurisdiction in the premises fear the purpose of amending any rate, rule or regulation as it deems proper.
