Gentlemens The undersigned jointly and severally make you the following offer to purchase the 7B.64 acres of land outlined in red and blue on the attached tracing, at the price of #500,00 per acre, to-wit: #39,320.00, upon the following terms and conditions: 1. You will execute and deliver to Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, las Vegas, Hevada, a Deed con­veying the 78.64 acres outlined in red and blue on the attach­ed tracing, to the undersigned, or to their nominee. 2.
