1 all of the documents hereinafter referred to transferring, 2 assigning and conveying to the District all of the proper- 3 ty referred to in Section 1 hereof, 4 (c) The Escrow Agent shall furnish to the District a 5 policy of title insurance issued by the PIONEER TITLE IN- 6 SURANCE COMPANY, of Las Vegas, with liability not exceed- 7 ing $267,650.00 showing title to the lands referred to in 8 subparagraph (a) of Section 1 of this agreement to be vest- 9 ed in the District subject to all taxes for the calendar 10 year in which the sale date occurs and all conditions, re- 11 strictions, reservations, easements and Certificates of Ap- 12 propriation of Water of record except (subject to the pro- 13 visions of Section 2 hereof) the Certificates of Approprl- 14 ation of Water referred to in Section 2 of this agreement, 15 and 16 (d) There shall remain in the possession of said 17 Escrow Agent the amount of the Relocation Fund established 18 pursuant to Section 5 hereof after the payment of said 19 purchase price by said Escrow Agent. 20 The term "sale date" as used in this agreement shall be the 21 date when the said escrow shall have been partially performed by the 22 conveyance of the properties referred to in Section 1 hereof to the 23 District and the payment of the purchase price therefor to First 24 Parties or their nominee. 25 The said land referred to in subparagraph (a) of Section 1 26 shall be conveyed to the District by deed in the form hereto at- 27 28 31.
