The agreement, however, fails to require Union Pacific to use "sound engineering practice" in making the relocations or to prevent interruption of water service by the District. Accordingly, we have drafted Section 18A to cover this contingency. 7 . Removal of Power Lines and Pump House. Section 15 requires the power line supplying the pump house to be moved within one year. Section 16, on the other hand, requires the removal of the pump house within two years. If the pump house is to continue in operation it will obviously require power. Accordingly, the removal of the pump house power line should be changed from one to two years. 8. Payment of Costs of Relocation from Trust Fund (Section 21).
