Rathbun, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, Las Vegas, Nevada, showing result of his survey which was agreed upon by R.R.Co. and Las Vegas Valley Water District to settle difference of opinion as to location of north line of Railroad Company’s property In South •§ of Sections 29 and 30, T. 20 S., R. 61 &., M.D.B.&M., also most northwesterly corner of Railroad Company’s property in Section 30, T. 20 S., R. 61 E., Las Vegas, Nevada: Las Vegas Valley Water District was billed b y Mr. Rathbun, Jr. direct for making this survey per statement attached. The District paid Mr. Rathbun and, in turn, re­quested the R.R.Co. to pay the District per copy of District's letter dated August 8, 1955, attached. I have prepared Form 183 which Is attached, in "'V'. ? Jg k triplicate to cover, for your approval and forwarding to Auditor, and have indicated this expense is chargeable to Operating Expense Account 201, Superintendence. W. H.
