If this demand equals our anticipation we may, even with rehabilitation of above mentioned wells, have shortage for matter of two months, but think in that event we can reasonably assume we will have cooperation of City authorities as mentioned my S-M-g. Am sure State Engr will give us all the moral support he can in this respect on theory of water conservation* In view of uncertainty of completing on time, it is my Judgment we should defer drilling for this year, in hope that rehabilitation of above mentioned wells will provide sufficient water.
