    Assto Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5562, dated January 30, 1958, granting The Texas Company easement for con­struction, operation and maintenance of oil pipe lines and necessary appurtenances thereto for the transportation of oil and other re­lated products, under and along those certain strips of land, 10 feet in width, situated partly in the City of Long Beach and partly in the City of Signal Hill, County of Los Angeles, State of Califor­nia, and being portions of Lots 24 and 31, American Colony Tract; consideration $1 0 „00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed,, On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5561, dated January 3°, 1958, conveying to Anson E 0 Murphy and Herbert P. Murphy, four parcels of land, being portions of Lots 24, 25 and 31, American Colony Tract, partly in the Cities of Signal Hill and Long Beach, California; consideration $10o00 and other good and valuable consideration; EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Grantor? I. All minerals and mineral rights including oil and gas and rights thereto; 20 The perpetual right to enter upon and use that certain surface location, referred to as "Development Area," together with the right of access, ingress and egress to and from said area, for the exploration for, removal and disposal of, minerals hereby excepted and reserved and minerals underlying other lands, with the perpetual right for said purposes, to have any buildings, other structures and property removed from the Development Area without expense to Grantor; 3o An access roadway for purposes of ingress and egress to and from the Development Area; and said property is conveyed subject to?
