BOX 1448 Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Campbells I am sending you under separate cover three complete conformed copies of the agreement dated June 1, 1953> between the LA&SL, UPRR, LVL&WCo. and the Las Vegas Valley Water District for the sale of the water system at Las Vegas to the District. 1 am also sending you 15 additional copies of the agreement without the maps attached thereto and 15 uncolored prints of Exhibits "A”, ”D" and "H", Because of the large back log of unfinished work in our drafting department 1 have been unable to have the prints colored for you.
