X am advised by Pioneer title and Trust Company that the deed to Clark, Cahlan and Grant was recorded October 29, 1943, and check to cover was forwarded to our log Angeles offices October 30th. I assume our rental against the Gas Company should be #6.42 for the sir and a half months and if you concur, please send me the bill against them and I will present it for payment, advising the Gas Company at the same time that we no longer own the land.
