THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the i i day of 195j>, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND w a t^ b COMPANY, & corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called «Company", Party of the First Part, and S*L. HARDY, an individual, with address at 1400 South Eighth Street, Las Vegas i Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: Recitals WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis-tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider, at his own expense, has constructed a six inch (6") water line in location indicated by red line on the map attached hereto, identified as Drawing No* A-1073, dated December 8th, 1952, and desires to convey ownership of said line to the Company upon the terms and conditions hereinafter stated; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to accept title to said line and furnish water through said line to serve the property outlined in yellow on the aforesaid map attached hereto* A G R E E M E N T NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: ARTICLE 1* Subdivider agrees: 1* To convey to the Company, and Subdivider hereby sells, assigns, transfers and conveys to the Company, all his right, title and interest in and to that certain six inch (6") - 1 - A-///
