    Commissioner Bunker moved that the application of Tanner Motor Tours (Lucky Cab) at 200 North 2nd Street for 13 additional cabs and 1 replacement license for taxicabs for the second quarter of 1955 he approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved that the application of Abe and Robert Kroloff, Happy Vic's, 117 North 1st Street for a tavern license for the 2nd quarter 1955, formerly the Eight Ball Bar, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. The application of Mr. Earl Turmon for transfer of his gaming and liquor license from 1314 F Street to 600 Jackson was considered. No action was taken on the request of Mr. Turmon for transfer of his gaming and liquor license from 1314 F Street to 600 Jackson until the zone can be checked. At this time the following applications for renewal of gaming licenses for the 2nd quarter of 1955 were presented to the Board for their consideration: MAYFAIR DRUG STORE W. L. HOLST & J. E. Staggs 1422 Fremont 8 slots SAVOY CAFE D. T. Shea 629 South 5th 3 slots Commissioner Bunker moved that these applications for renewal of gaming licenses be approved in the same form and condition as for the previous quarter. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Sharp moved the application of W. Howard Adams, Overland Arcade, 4 Fremont Street, for an addition of 1 slot for the 2nd quarter of 1955 be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved that the following applications for gaming licenses for the 2nd quarter of 1955, in new locations, be approved: ADAVEN'S CLUB 505 Jackson C. R.
