Commissioner Bunker moved that the application of Tanner Motor Tours (Lucky Cab) at 200 North 2nd Street for 13 additional cabs and 1 replacement license for taxicabs for the second quarter of 1955 he approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved that the application of Abe and Robert Kroloff, Happy Vic's, 117 North 1st Street for a tavern license for the 2nd quarter 1955, formerly the Eight Ball Bar, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. The application of Mr. Earl Turmon for transfer of his gaming and liquor license from 1314 F Street to 600 Jackson was considered. No action was taken on the request of Mr. Turmon for transfer of his gaming and liquor license from 1314 F Street to 600 Jackson until the zone can be checked.
