By comparing the attached statements w ith the statement enclosed with your l e t t e r o f January 6th, you w i l l note there i s a d iffe re n c e in the t o t a l g a llo n s o f water furn ish ed to LVL&W Co. f o r the months o f June, J u ly , August, September and October. The d iffe re n c e s a re due to the amount o f water recorded as flo w in g through the Charleston Boulevard meter which was running only p a r t ly f u l l , whereas, the meter recorded as i f the lin e was running e n t ir e ly f u l l ana adjustment was made based on estim ates furn ish ed by Water S ervice Foreman Mr. Jo|jn Snort.
