The C ontractor agrees to carry Employer’ s L i a b i l i t y Insurance and does hereby promise to save harmless the Owner from any Employer* s L i a b i l i t y and from any and a l l lie n s f o r m a terial and la b o r su pp lied by the C ontractor. The Owner agrees to supply the Contractor fr e e o f charge at the w e ll lo c a tio n w ith such amount o f w ater as may be re q u ire d from time to time f o r use in connection w ith the d r i l l i n g 2 6 2 7 2 8 2 9 3 0 3 1 3 2 operation s. The C ontractor agrees to keep a record o f the s t ra t a passed through w h ile d r i l l i n g and to p e rfo ra te casing at a l l water bearin g s t ra t a s as agreed between h im self and Owner.
