On the first day of the month next succeeding the sale date and on the first day of each month thereafter for a period of twenty (20) years, subject to the provisions of Sections 7 and 10 hereof, the District shall deposit with the said Bank In said train fund the sum of Twelve Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,250.00). Section ?t In the event the new pipe line# andpumptng station shall be constructed by the District and the said existing pipe lines removed by the District as provided in Section 2 hereof-, upon the completion of the construction of said new pipe lines and the removal of said existing pipe lines, the trust fund established pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 hereof shall be terminated,, and any moneys therein shall be turned over to the District.
