I believe that the ts hue been adequately covered, although Section 1 (b) or (c) of the contract not specifically convey the water rights, ction 1 which conveys the water bearing 11 of the water and rights to any water „ „ from any springs or wells now or here* after located upon said real property and any water produced by pumping from wells now or hereafter located thereon except the water right reserved in the deed from Helen «f. Stewart.” The conveyance of the water bearing lands (Exhibit ttBn) of the contract which conveys the water bearing lands has language of similar tenor. It was the intention of myself and Mr. Renwick, of Union Pacific, that subparagraph (a) of Section 1 and the provisions of the deed in Exhibit were adequate to transfer, assign and convey any of the water rights Involved. I would appreciate your comments on these provisions of the contract. If you feel that the conveyance of the water
