MAILGRAM SAVE TELEGRAPHING Los Angeles, April 30, 1959 Salt Lake city: This refers to my mailgram M-32 of March 17, 1959 and your mailgram C-230 of April 24, 1959 with respect to furnishing surplus water from our shop well at las Vegas. In view of the necessity to furnish water to certain users on a continuous basis, the Las Vegas Valley Water District now orally advises, subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors, that it does not have facilities for supplying these users at present and will waive the prohibition against our furnishing such water from our shop well at Las Vegas until the District is in position to furnish such supply. Therefore, I suggest that we continue to furnish water as in the past from the shop grounds well at Las Vegas pending further advice. M-35 Edward C. Renwick Mr. Hammill - photocopy of GAC's mailgram of April 24, 1959 attached.
