Ho estimate can be cade at this tine of the probable cost to our companies by reason of taxes which nay be levied and collected for the purpose of paying any obligation of the district during its organisational stage, including necessary engineering costs and further to assist in the operational ex-pensee of said district until said taxes are no longer requir­ed therefor. The assessed valuation of the dletrtci is estlaated at 137,000,000; of the Railroad property therein $2,500,000. end of hthm property $b82,@©0.*, accordingly the Railroad would bear about 7 percent and the UflAV 1.3 percent of any taxes levlsd by the district. The LVLdM water plant is assessed at 1375,.000* and its other property at $107,000. There is no assessusnt of water righto of the Railroad or hfUM, or of the water facil­ities of the Railroad. The eoste of the acquisition of lands, water rights and of existing plants and of the construction of additional facilities would be covered by bolide of the district payable eelcly frost operating revenues.
