    Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratifications W* 0. No. 1 1 , Issued October 12, 1963, retirement parcel of land, being Lot 1, Bloch 21 of Tract No. 1343, con­taining an area of 4*082 acres, City of Industry, California, conveyed to Wallace S. Warnoeh, William Z. Bancroft and M. Robert Howard by LVL&WCo. LS Deed Audit No. 596?, dated July 9, 1963. Credit Account - Land and Public Improvements - City of Industry, California - Sold, $38,460.00; Chargeable Sale Price, $48,405*00; Creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $9,945.00; and Estimated cost of Removal of Property Retired Chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $346.00. Whereupon on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned A. F. E. Request; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W. 0. No. 12, issued October 1 7 , 1963, retirement parcel of land in Handorf Industrial District No. 1 , being Lots 3 and 4, Bloch 21, Tract No. 1343, and portion of vacated Ninth Avenue, containing an area of 10.995 acres, City of Industry, California, conveyed to DuBois Chemicals, Inc. by LVL&WGo. LS Deed Audit No. 5951, dated April 26, 1963. Credit Account - Land and Public Improvements - City of Industry, California - Sold, $100,109*00; Chargeable Sale Price, $130,255*00; Creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, ,. $30,146.00; and Estimated Cost of Removal of Property Retired Chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $603.00.
