I agree.Mr. W, R. Rouse 2. May 24, 1954 I am now preparing the Instruments of conveyance which have been approved as to form by the attorneys for the District and will send (them forward for execution in the near future. I enclose copy of letter from the First National Bank of Nevada indicating its willingness to accept the escrow and quoting a fee of approximately $1,425. I have checked this fee with the charges which the Title Insurance and Trust Company of this city would make for an escrow of similar size and find that the Title Company would charge at the rate of $121 for the first $100,000 and $0.75 per $1,000 for the balance, or a total charge of $2,183. Under the circumstances I would recommend that we agree to the fee quoted* E, E, Benne'tt ECRsMSB Enel.
