Hr, L,V, Peart ** Omaha This refers to telephone accounts for numbers 6300, 6301 and 5465 assigned to Las Vegas Land and Water Co: In checking with the Telephone Company regarding arrears shown on our monthly billings, we are informed that it appears that payment for the month of April, 1951 for number 5465 and payment for number 6300 and two extensions for the month of August, 1951 were not made. We are unable to check these accounts out since the Telephone Company mall out billing in original only, and we do not retain a copy In this office, submitting it with our Form 183 to your office for payment. Will you kindly verify the claim of the Telephone Company. For your further information I am enclosing herewith copies of correspondence received from the Telephone Company. Ifccs. W.H, Johnson
