On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Extension Rider C.L.D. No. 10j?17-l|, dated July 13, 1951+, extending under the same terms and conditions for a period of one year ending August 3 1 , 1955, lease agreement Audit No. 10551, dated August 31, 1950, between LVL&WCo. and Nevada Outdoor Advertising Co., Inc., covering sites for advertising signboards at Yermo, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Easement, Audit No. LS 5359, dated July 20, 195U, from LVL&WCo. to City of Las Vegas of portion of Las Vegas Ranch property consisting of 5*21 acres being 30 and 20 foot strips located in Sec. 26, T 20 S., R 6l E., Las Vegas, Nevada, as follows; An easement 30 feet in width for a public highway described as follows; Parcel No. 1: Parcel No. 2; Parcel No. 3' South 30 feet of north 820 feet of west 26I).0 feet of said Section 26; East 30 feet of west 26i|0 feet of south 525»80 feet of north I3I45.8O feet of said Section 26; South 30 feet of north 13i|5»80 feet except portion thereof in west 261;0.0 feet and in of NE|- of said Sec. 26; Parcel No. 1|; South 30 feet of NE|- of SE^ of said Section 26, excepting therefrom east 30 feet of south 15 feet thereof.
