IAS VEGa S LAM) AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Western Auto Supply 717 On notion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Salley end Assistant Secretary I tow in executing agreement bearing C. L. D. I55X0, entered into June 23, 1966 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and The Ted H* Cooper Co*, Inc*, a California corporation, covering the preparation of plans and specifications and to construct in City of Industry, California a single story concrete tilt-up warehouse and office building, containing a floor area of approximately 300,000 square feet, and to furnish all material, labor and other things requisite and necessary therefor, consideration to be actual net cost plus ten per cent (10%), but not to exceed $1,423,604.00; work to commence July 1, 1966 and be completed no later than January 31, 1967; contractor to furnish bond in the sum of $1,500,000*00; work to be under supervision of contractor to satisfaction of Land Company Engineer; payments to be made during progress of the work, less e reserve fund of ten per cent (10%), such reserve fund to be paid upon completion and acceptance; contractor to procure and keep in effect during the life of this agreement, workmen's coraponsation and employer's liability insurance, contractor's public liability and property damage insurance, and contractor's contractual liability and property damage insurance; contractor for a period of 365 days after completion of
