II iwir~“ ~ " t your information copy of Mr. Barry*s mailgram Z-299 to Mr. Adamson, dated March 7, 1930 and of Mr. Adamson’s mailgram J-444 in reply, which explain the difference between the figures furnished by you and those which have been used in the Annual Report. In view of the precedent established would it not be agreeable to you to base your figures for future years on the figures we have reported as given on third page of our letter of June 7, 1938, with allowance for changes talcing place from year to year. Please advise further at your earliest convenience.
