Hamilton O'Melveny & Myers 433 South Spring Street Los Angeles 13, California Dear Mr. Hamilton* I enclose a list as of April 1, 1953, of the contracts under which advances have been made by subdividers pursuant to Rule 9 or similar rules of the Water Company and a statement of the amount subject to refund as of that date. These contracts are referred to in the last paragraph, page 27* of the draft of proposed purchase and sale agreement.
