    On the 1st day of July, (2nd day of January), 19_______, the City of Las Vegas, in the County of Clark, State of Nevada, will pay to bearer Thirty Dollars, in Gold Coin of the United States of America, at present standard of weight and fineness, at the office of the City Treasurer, in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, being the semiannual interest then due on its Highway Bond, Dated ____________________________________, 192 ________. Series 1925. AND IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: it appearing to the best interests of the City of Las Vegas that the sale of said Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars of bonds shall be at private sale, as is provided in the above mentioned and entitled act, and that the Clerk of this Board be and she is here­by directed to give notice of said proposed sale of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars of bonds to the Sate Board of Finance at Carson City, Nevada, and ascertain what they will offer for said bonds. Thereupon, there being no further business to come before the Board at this time it was ordered, upon motion of Commissioner Anderson, Seconded by Commissioner Matzdorf, that the Board ad­journ until the next regular meeting to be held on the 17th day of February, 1925. Voting on said motion Commissioners Anderson, Matzdorf, Elwell and His Honor the Mayor, W. C. German, Aye. Noes, none. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. February 17th ,1925. At a regular adjourned meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, held on Tuesday the 17th day of February, A.D. 1925, at the hour of seven- thirty o'clock P.M. Present Hon. W.C. German, Mayor, with Commissioners A.R. Anderson, F.E. Matzdorf and W.H. Elwell, together with the City Attorney, F.A. Stevens, and the City Clerk. At this time the City attorney read for the first time proposed ordinance No. 108 of the City of Las Vegas, being an amendment to section 1 of Ordinance No. 75 of the City of Las Vegas, and same was passed to the second reading upon motion of Commissioner Matzdorf, seconded by Com­missioner Elwell, the vote being as follows: Commissioners Matzdorf, Elwell, Anderson and His Honor the Mayor, W.C. German, Aye. Noes, none. Thereupon the City Attorney read for the first time proposed Ordinance No. 109 of the City of Las Vegas, the same being an ordinance to prevent children under eighteen years of age from loitering on the public streets or in other public places in the City of Las Vegas at night, and the sane was passed to the second reading on motion of Commissioner Matzdorf, seconded by Commissioner Elwell, and passed on the following vote, to-wit: Commissioners Matzdorf, Elwell, Anderson, and His Honor the Mayor W.C. German, Aye. Noes, none. At this time the Board took under consideration the matter of instructing the City Attorney to draft a new dance ordinance, as per the recommendation of the Grand Jury of Clark County, and after considerable discussion the matter was continued until the next regular meeting for fur­ther discussion.
