I agree.GOOD NEIGHBORS - C i t y Commissioner Roy Woofter hands out plaefues to a host of local residents proclaimed "good neighbors" by the Clark County chapter of the National Conference of Christians and Jews. The awards were made to those who have committed a hu-manitarian deed, or have demonstrated "brotherhood and good citizenship" in their daily lives.
