Jf said water rates are not paid fey the 15th day of the month la which they become due, they shall become delinquent ami a charge of twenty-five cents ($.25) shall thereupon tee added to such bill, notice of such delinquency will be given to the oonsumer personally or by mail, and if the amount of such of the water rates together with the delinquent charge Is not paid within five days from the data of such personal notice, or within five days from the date of mailing suoh notice, the Company will discontinue the service to each delinquent consumer until said amount Is paid, together with the sum of $1.00 for reconnecting Its service. 3. where two or more services supply the same premises or oon­sumer, each will be rated as separate service. 4. there two or more classes cf consumers are served by one service, each class will be separately rated. 5.
