Mr. Charles Adams: Referring to your le tt e r of September 1 1 th upon the above subject, your f i l e 3-98: I find that the A rticles of Incorporation of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company have never been file d in either San Bernardino or Riverside Counties, although they have been f i le d in Los Angeles and Grange Counties. Obviously, they should be file d in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties and I am arranging to have that done. When you mentioned this subject to me the other day I had in mind the f i lin g o f the A rtic le s of Los Angeles A Salt Lake Railroad Company. This I attended to personally.
