CBoernynett I would like to call your attention to statue of project covering the extension of water stains to serve Beverly Green Sub­division Tract 3S Las Vegas, Nevada. 1. Application for extension of water mains of the Mater Company under Idle 9 was made by Federal Homes, Ino., on October 26, 1953, copy of which is attached. 2. Form 30 Estimate was made on November 2, 1953* covering water main extension to serve this subdivision after approval was obtained from the Subdivider on October 30, 1953* with respect to the agreed upon refund to be provided under this project if constructed subject to approval of the Mater Pistrlot and executives of the Water Company. 3. In line with your letter to the Water District dated November 3, 1953, the Water Pistrlot was requested to approve the above project on the basis of my letter of Nov. 3rd, to Mr. James M. Montgomery, copy of which is attached with copy of Fora 30 Estimate but without exhibit Drawing A-112L dated Ootober 30, 1953* referred to in ay letter. I*.
