On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering lease agreement Audit No, 9988, dated April 15, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Garfield Chemical and Manufacturing Corporation, Lessee, covering site for tanks and storage of chemicals, located in Union Pacific Tract, Los Angeles, California, for term beginning April 1, 1939, and extending to April 1, 1942; rental $75.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by lessor on thirty days' written notice, said lease agreement terminating as of April 1, 1939, agreement Audit No. 9806 between said parties, dated December 10, 1936; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED,, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing lease agreement LVL&WCo.
