On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement, Audit No. 10212, dated September 2g, 194-2, between Las'Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Company", and Tiffandale Homes, Inc,, called "Contractor", covering the construction, at Contractor’s expense, of approximately 4-250 ft. of water- mains, laterals and service lines to and within Biltmore Annex No. 2 and Biltmore Annex No. 3 , Las Vegas, Nevada, at estimated cost of $>14-,550,00; Company, upon completion by Contractor of the construction of at least 100 dwelling units in said Annexes, and other conditions, to pay Contractor the actual cost, not exceeding $14-,550.00, of-laying and eoristructing said water mains, laterals and service lines; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed.
