    Vegetable Shed No. 4-, located on East 7th Street, Los Angeles, Gal N- to be used for the storage of walnuts; term beginning September 1, 194-2, and extending to September 1, 194-3; bental $150 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement, Audit No. 10212, dated September 2g, 194-2, between Las'Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Company", and Tiffandale Homes, Inc,, called "Contractor", covering the construction, at Contractor’s expense, of approximately 4-250 ft. of water- mains, laterals and service lines to and within Biltmore Annex No. 2 and Biltmore Annex No. 3 , Las Vegas, Nevada, at estimated cost of $>14-,550,00; Company, upon completion by Contractor of the construction of at least 100 dwelling units in said Annexes, and other conditions, to pay Contractor the actual cost, not exceeding $14-,550.00, of-laying and eoristructing said water mains, laterals and service lines; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, C.L.D. No. 4472> dated October 3 1, 194-2, extending to August 31, 194-3 , term of agreement Audit No. 10062, dated February 17 , 194-0, and supolemental agreement, Audit No. 10062-1, dated June 26, 194-1, expiring March 1, 194-3, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and B. Laustalot,
