Referring to your letter of June &th, file $0-11, enclosing draft of proposed agreement between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Las Vegas Valley Water District,assigning to the District for collection only amounts unpaid, as of the sale date for conveyance to the District of the Water Company*s distribution system at Las Vegas, for water furnished under Rate Item 21 for air-conditioning, refrigeration, ice-making and other similar equipment: / This proposed agreement is satisfactory and I have’' no objection to the proposed execution on behalf of the Watei Company, if Mr. Stoddard is agreeable.
