Bassick, Right-of-Way Agent JUNE 1, 1953 SALE AGREEMENT As requested in your memorandum to me dated November 20, 1989, the subject June 1, 1953 Sale Agreement documents entitled: Agreement Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company Union Pacific Railroad Company Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Las Vegas Valley Water District will be filed in the District’s Engineering vault and are to be a part of Engineering's permanent records. It is brought to your attention that the aforesaid agreement is not the "original document" as indicated in your memorandum. The document was not ex­ecuted on Page 31, Section 17, of said agreement (copy attached).
