Chairman Assignments: Once a list of incoming VIPs is compiled, the Committee, in cooperation with the Nevada Advisory Council, will ask local VlP*s to meet specific incoming guests. Usually, one man is all that will be required at a time. Meetings: The Committee will meet with the Council next week to coordinate further arrangements. Baggage Handling: Western Air Lines Chief Porter will be assigned to obtain baggage tags immediately upon the arrival of the VIP - and will see to it that luggage is taken to the car without further action by VIP or welcom- ing personnel. It is believed that this expeditious handling will create an immediate feeling of good will, and an absence of confusion. REGISTRATION COMMITTEE Windsor C?╟? De Crane Desks: Two types of Registration Desks will be set up: (1) for Advanced Registrants who have already paid fee and whose material will be ready in envelopes at that desk and (2) Registration Desks for those who wish to enroll for WCF activities, who will be taken in five lines simultaneously. Desks will be manned by AFA personnel and linguists (who will be under the supervision of Mrs, Tony Mahlman, who speaks 5 languages in addition to English), Fee: Registration Fee is $10.00. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE Father Tally Jarrett. Chairman Committeemen: The Catholic priest from Nellis Air Force Base and the Rabbi in Las Vegas have been enlisted to aid Father Jarrett in his planning. Flying Cross: It has been suggested - and details are in progress- to have a flying formation from Nellis AFB in the form of a cross pass over the city at exactly noon on April 19. Father Tally will notify every church to have its members outside at that time to view this formation.
