Ritter: Confirming our telephone conversation today: Lloyd Tritle, one of our good rail shippers, is oper­ating his Chevrolet sales room and garage in the South Main Street building near Hotel Sal Sagev under lease from J. F. Miller* His lease is now under consideration for renewal, but Mr, Miller is reluotant to renew because he needs the garage for the park­ing of hotel customers' oars. In their negotiations, Mr, Miller finally agreed to re­new Tritles lease an the building If arrangements could be made with the Union Pacific to approve assignment of Trltle's used-car lot lease across the street to Mr, Miller, for parking hotel customers' oars. Lease Audit A-59179, in favor of Lloyd H, Trltle and Rae Ann Tritle expires November 16, 1950. If you see no objec­tion, will you kindly arrange for preparation of assignment to J. F. Miller. A, M. Folger
