\ LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Villanueva & Fajardo CA 11067 CLD 15807-1 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing extension rider C.L.D. No. 15807-1 dated April26, 1968, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and F. Villanueva and M.L.Fajardo, individuals, extending term of agreement Contract Audit No. 11067, lease of site for growing crops, to and including June 30, 1969, at Dominguez, Los Angeles County, California, at rental, for the extended tern, of $1,000.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; that all terms and conditions of original agreement shall remain in full force and effect; lease terminable on thirty days notice; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
