\ Lae Vegas, Kevada • M8y 5, 1923. Whispering Ben Spring . Mr. W. H. Comstock, General Manager, U. P. System, B.A.& S.I.R.B.Company, Los Angeles, California. Bear Sir: Acknowledging receipt of your letter of April 30tli making inquiry concerning the Whispering Ben Spring. At the time Mr. Barr was here I drove him up to Cottonwood and on over to the Whispering Ben Spring, which is about a mile and a half north of our Cottonwood Ranch spring and flows about half the amount of water that the Cottonwood Ranch spring does. I note the inquiry in your letter concerning the owners, etc., and X will handle the matter quietly and obtain the information desired, communicating with you later. Yours truly, B/B Vice-President & Agent.
