During the period prior to August 1952 a new rate schedule had been submitted by the Com pany in accordance with the Order of the Commission in I and S Docket No. 127> Rate No. 21 of that new rate schedule indicates* "1/2 ton machine, or less - $3.00 per month Between 1/2 and 1 ton machine - 3.50 P®** month For each ton of capacity or fraction thereof over 1 ton - I.50 per month*1 The 1952 schedule for the same item now in force shows cool­ing water for refrigerating machines* "1/2 ton machine, or less Between 1/2 and 1 ton machine For each ton of capacity or fraction thereof over 1 ton $3.60 per month 5.20 per month 1.80 per month** *3 These rates were approved by the First Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada in .X and S Docket No. 127. From the record it is indicated that the Company charged for cooling water in accordance with the 1931 rates until August of 1952 and at that time the Company rendered corrective billing for the period from January 1, 1952 to and including August 31, 1952 under the new schedule of rates. Again, prior to that time the schedule had been on the 1931 basis. Using the Golden Nugget as an example, with the rates that were in effect on September 31, 1951 the billing to that customer was three dollars a month and with the August 1952 billing the charge was $182 a month* It appears, too, that there were a number of business establishments billed that had never been billed before and they were being billed for refrigerating machines during the 1952 season.
