1 2 3 4 5 fe 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 all claims of any and all persons performing labor upon or furnishing materials used in the construction of said pipe lines, and shall deliver to the Water Company easement satisfactory in form where said pipe lines are to he laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and effect. No change or alteration of the work, or other modification of said contract shall release or exonerate any Surety or Sureties upon this bond.
