    6/9 nite letter Frank Farrell, WORLD TELEGRAM, 125 Barclay St, NYC The Copa's ex-owner and producer, Jack Entratter, was the big subject of conversation on the West Coast here last nite after his version of the "Ziegfeld Follies" at the Sands in Las Vegas clicked in a tremendous way, * Jack used 20 tall beauties for the first time in his entertainment career (usually prefers the smaller, neater CopaGirl type) and his presentation of Frank Sinatra with the Girls in old-style Siegfeld production numbers was masterpiece, according to 6 former Ziegfeld Girls sitting ringside. Gladys Gardner, who was bounced by Ziegfeld in 1913 for being too young (14), then rehired when she became of age, only to be bounced again because of getting marr approaching maternity (married at 16), wowed the CopaRoom crowd with her silvery grey hair and terrific legs. She showed them off to new Ziegfeld Girls after the show, and some critics thought hers were better.
