Las Vegas - June 7* 19^ W 20 Mr. Charles Adams: Your letter June 1, file 780, transmitting 3rd Installment Tax Vouohers for Union Pacific Railroad and Las Vegas Land and Water Company: These were delivered to County Treasurer today and I am returning receipted bills. The duplicate payment of $4^7.11, included in LVWsW Co. voueher and also previously paid May 1 through Escrow of land sold to Rears Roebuck, was refunded in cash by the Treasurer and we have taken it into our dally report to the Auditor. Copy of claim I submitted is attached. A. M. Folger
