No, 5685-6, dated March 16, 1966 extending to and Including January 31, 1968 Contract Audit No. 10290 dated June 9, 1944, expiring by latest extension May 31, 1966, with the Wilbur-Ellis Company covering site for handling of grain at Mission Road and Macy Street, Los Angeles, California, rental $50,00 per month payable in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days written notice, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed* Adopted
